Kansas receives $50,000 grant to pursue clean energy research

The National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) has awarded $50,000 to the State of Kansas as part of the Clean Energy States Grant Program to help achieve greater energy efficiency, conservation and use of clean energy resources.

“Kansas is a leader in helping America secure a clean energy future,” said Governor Kathleen Sebelius, Co-Chair of the NGA Center’s Securing a Clean Energy Future Initiative. Grant assistance will go towards research, analysis, training, outreach and other efforts to develop and advance clean energy in Kansas.

Minutemen must continue to keep the pressure on and make the federal government actually "BUILD IT"—talk is cheap, and a complete fence along the entire border is needed.
