Olathe man ILLEGAL ALIEN charged with murder in death of woman
Johnson County prosecutors on Monday filed a first-degree murder charge against an Olathe man  ILLEGAL ALIEN who lived with a woman found dead Sunday.
Jorge Rodriguez-Hernandez ILLEGAL ALIEN has been charged with the murder of Asuncion Delgado-Lopez on or about June 25, prosecutors said.
Police said previously they were called Sunday to a residence in the 1600 block of East Cedar and contacted a man ILLEGAL ALIEN who said his 50-year-old woman roommate was dead.
Bond for ILLEGAL ALIEN Rodriguez-Hernandez has been set at $500,000, prosecutors said.
