Died March 29, 2008 - Age 82 years – Campo California – Buried in Wichita Kansas April 7, 2008, Military Graveside Rites by the Honor Guard of Fort Riley, Kansas.
Robert Milton Baker Ashland, Kansas died of natural causes watching for illegal aliens crossing our country’s southern California border. Mr. Baker was & will be forever a Minuteman Civil Defense Corps volunteer; he was on his third border watch.
We mustn’t forget it’s not just money that’s at stake. Mr. Baker knew that it was about the security of his country, children, grandchildren and their children’s children.
Mr. Baker truly is an American hero.
