Missouri's recently enacted Health Care Freedom Act will be on the ballot in August. The Act will undoubtedly be challenged by Federal authorities but if it is approved by voters it will challenge whether the Federal Government has the authority to force the citizens of a state, against their will, to buy federally mandated health insurance.
