SAN FRANCISCO -- Authorities couldn't fully explain Monday how an alleged gang member and suspected illegal immigrant was able walk out of jail in San Francisco - three months before police say he shot and killed a father and two sons.
Two immigrants, one from Mexico and the other from Guatemala, sit on a curb in Escondido, hoping for a job offer. The city has posted "No Stopping" signs in most of the popular day labor hangouts.
This appears to be an important story; please take time to read and remember, this can be done in your city, if someone starts the ball rolling.
