ANN ARBOR, MI – For the last five years, Pastor George Saieg and scores of his volunteers have visited Dearborn, Michigan during its annual Dearborn Arab International Festival to pass out religious literature and discuss their Christian Faith. Pastor Saieg is a Sudanese Christian, and Founder and Director of the Arabic Christian Perspective (ACP), which ministers to Muslims.
Dearborn happens to be one of the most densely populated Muslim communities in the United States. An estimated 30,000 of its 98,000 residents are Muslims.

Federal District Court Judge Nancy Edmonds a 1992 appointee of George H.W. Bush refused to issue a TRO restraining the Dearborn Police Department from interfering with Pastor Saieg.

My late husband and I lived in Detroit (very near Dearborn) in '86. Even then it was a hotbed of Muslims and trust me, they had no intention of 'integrate' into our culture.
We started out like all Americans do: Open to the new population. We stopped liking them when the first thing they did was try to force the Fire Dep't. in Dearborn to use their city-wide PA systems to ANNOUNCE THEIR CALL TO PRAYER TO ALLAH 5x DAILY.
That didn't make them any allies.
Secondly, the males in the Muslim population very quickly distinguished themselves by their constant/numerous arrests for assault/battery. Their victims? Every single American woman they saw in the Shopping Malls. They felt free, these sexist pigs, to walk up to completely strange women and grab their breasts, their crotch, their ass. If the women slapped them or resisted, in true Islamic style they punched and hit them.
They gave as their reason: Your women dress like whores! Translation-We don't walk around in black gunny-sacks from head to foot.
That made us 'whores'.
Now lest anyone think I'm talking about something I 'heard', that's false. I experienced same. My dear husband-who was an Englishman and had served in the RAF in the Middle East-wanted to kill this creep.
They never learned.
So that's the back-story here. Pastor Saieg is an unutterably courageous man to catechize among the Muslims: Don't look for him to last long. The 'Religion Of Peace' considers 'apostasy' (changing your religion to ANYTHING, from Islam) a capital offense. And they don't bother going through the Courts.
