PayPal Now Able To Send Money Out Of Country

I’m not sure how to start this about PayPal and the illegal alien’s ability to send money (home) with such ease. ¶

I know the recipient in Mexico, China or where ever has to have an email address but I guarantee you they will figure it out. ¶
There just seems to be something wrong with this apparently new service from PayPal. ¶
