President Bush only went Halfway and should have granted a full Pardon with rights to go back to their former jobs. Drug dealer evidence wasn't allowed in court and he was granted amnesty to come back and testify and then he was caught again with a big load of drugs. To little to late and a shame we punished our border agents.
