Allow me to tell you of your nomination of a New York woman lawyer to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In 1991 and she was confirmed in 1992, later, as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New York (thank you Bill Clinton) your appointee of 17 years ago has been reversed by the court on which she is apparently going to sit something like 80% of the time with one more being considered; Ricci v. DeStefano (New Haven fire department).
And Now For One Of Our Own

If you Missouri (legal) residents voted for Claire McCaskill to represent you in the United States Senate, how's that working out for you so far. Take a look at your senator who will "shepherd" that judge through the perils of the senate nomination process.
